Epignosis lasted 18 aeons and represented the beginning of what was to be a formative period. During the thousands of aeons up until then periods of progress and substantial change were observable only over time. The beginning of this era, however, heralded a time of transformation. From what were originally creatures of a purely animal nature developed life forms who, unlike their forefathers, possessed higher consciousness. Over time, that led to the first kinds of organised social groups and societies beginning to emerge. Life in Lyboria was more diverse than ever. Each life form's state of consciousness now allowed it to grapple with new problems, which in turn led to new interests. As with everything else, it was a double-edged sword. Whereas having possessions induces feelings of happiness, it inevitably also leads to greed, mistrust and jealousy. It really was the start of a new period of thinking which opened many doors. This foundational age set everything in motion, with effects that could still be felt many aeons later.
It is believed that the Naphas formed the first social groups around the 1500th cycle of the Epignosis and became more conscious living beings. These assumptions are based on their first attempts to build cities. Evidence of this can be found in various places, all of which are located in northern Sizahlas. There are mainly ruins that remind us of those days.
The exploration of Sizahlas
Around the 5000th cycle of the Epignosis, during the time the Arachnids settled in the Dark Woods, a group of Naphas pioneers set out to explore Sizahlas. On the one hand to understand the land and its nature and on the other hand to find the perfect place for the construction of their capital. They did not find the erfect place to build their capital, but came across a new race. However, this species was not satisfied with the Naphas' invasion of their part of the land.
The Myrwal - a forgotten race
After encountering the Myrwal in the southeastern part of the country, there was great turmoil in the surrounding area. The Myrwal did not understand the language of the Naphas and were very suspicious of them. A Krogar who had only his own interests in mind started a war with a sneaky action that neither race wanted and neither benefited from. The leader at the time wanted every Myrwal life to be wiped out to exterminate this species. In retrospect, it is a dark chapter in the history of the Naphas.
The construction of Crogall
After trying to build a big city in the past and failing miserably in several attempts, they finally made it this time. Their capital, Crogall, was built in the eastern part of Sizahlas close to the sea. Construction began in this part of the country due to the optimal natural conditions, as the region offered ideal protection against intruders. Protected by the thick fog, behind the Mazan river delta is the beginning of this pompous city. However, it took a long time for Crogall to become a real city, as there were still many problems and skirmishes among the children of the different genres.
It is said that the Tagari settled in their realm around the 16500th cycle.
The epoch of Ryn / Hunger that led to war
Towards the end of the I era, when the clans in the realm of the Tagari known today still lived separately and were rather hostile to each other, there was a time for the Catori to be close to starvation. This hunger drove the then Khan to look for food in the south. There a group of them came across the first Lord of the Naphas, Ryn. Although they outnumbered the strong Krogar, it was difficult for them to take him out. When both parties withdrew and the battle didn't really end, it was clear that the whole thing would have an aftermath. As can be seen on the map, the first great battle of Lyboria took place between these two races. The first and still existing government structure of the Naphas developed from this war.
